From 2001 to 2005 Cooper Construction worked in many new Palm Beach County construction sites featuring new custom home developments. From 2005-2007 we focused mainly on high end residential remodeling work in homes.
In the real estate market peak of 2007, many new high end buildings were being completed. Waterfront condos were being built at a fast rate. Cooper Flooring & Interiors directed focus to high end condo remodeling as the demand grew. High-end condo remodeling is the most difficult aspect of construction, and it quickly became our specialty and our passion.
Cooper Construction has remodeled many homes along the Treasure Coast and over one hundred and fifty condos on Singer Island and Palm Beach Island. Our remodeling and design team has become very experienced with working in custom homes and exquisite penthouses. With our growing portfolio, Cooper Construction has become sought after when someone seeks quality work.
